Delivery MethodsYou have several delivery methods namely: home / workplace delivery, home delivery overnight and Saturday, delivery to Lion of Porches physical store or delivery to Pick Up Points CTT and DPD (establishments that have partnerships with carriers). When placing the order you can select the most convenient point. The available delivery method may vary, please confirm the country.
Delivery CountriesThere are approximately 100 countries to which we ship. The Online Store automatically recognizes the country from which you are accessing our website. To choose a different country, select the Change Country option at the bottom of the right side.
Shipping and Delivery TimesIn mainland Portugal, shipments are free in any delivery method. In the islands of the Azores and Madeira, shipping is free on orders with a value equal to or greater than 74.90 €. Click here to check delivery and delivery times in all countries.

Notices when your order is shipped
When your order is shipped you receive an email from Lion of Porches informing you of the shipment. If the delivery is made at home you will receive an SMS with the expected time of delivery. If the order is delivered to a Pick Up Point an SMS is triggered as soon as the delivery is confirmed by the Point. If the order is delivered to a Lion of Porches Store you will receive an SMS with delivery information.
If the order box / parcel arrives damaged in the client's hands
Lion Of Porches checks the conditions of all products at the time of shipment to the customer, to ensure that the product leaves its warehouse in perfect condition. If, for reasons inherent to transportation, the box with the products arrives damaged in the client's hands, the client must refuse it and inform Lion Of Porches through the various means of contact we have at our disposal the reason for the refusal. The customer must verify that the data indicated on the packaging correspond to those indicated and sent via email at the time of shipment of the order.
Customs duties and charges
Lion of Porches Online orders destined for European Union countries include in their final price illustrated on each product in the VAT online store at the rate in force. In non-EU orders, VAT is not included, so the commercial price of the product must be considered the visible value in each product.
Extra-Community orders may be subject to VAT, Customs Import Duties or other country specific taxes, payable by the recipient when receiving the order in the destination country. Orders placed through the Lion of Porches Online Store are placed according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU Delivery with Unpaid Rights). This means that in non-EU orders Lion of Porches does not include VAT in the final amount paid for the order or any customs duties and / or taxes. These rights / fees, if any, will always be paid by the customer. For more information on charges for delivering an online order in your country, please consult your local customs office.
If the item you have received does not correspond to what you want or does not serve you can return it 14 days after receipt of your order. To do so, you must follow the following rules:
- The products must not show signs of having been washed or used beyond the proof of size and shape;
- The products must maintain the original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged, beyond what is necessary for a careful opening;
- The products must be complete with all the parts that compose it, and even with the respective identification tags.
- Depending on the country where your order was delivered, the return for cancellation of the purchase may be subject to a return fee.
PREPARE THE BOX FOR YOUR RETURN
The first step to return one or more items is to fill out the return / exchange form in your customer area. This step is essential for us to understand how to proceed with your return. If you have not registered your return in your customer area, we will issue a voucher for your exclusive use in the online shop upon receipt of the return at our premises.
The second step is to place your products in the original packaging where you received your Lion Of Porches order or in a similar cardboard box in good condition by adding the RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION FORM that was delivered to you along with your items. Place the products you wish to return and close it well with tape. Stick the Return label, which contains the barcode and which you received inside the box of your order. Make sure, when sending, that the box does not contain any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments.
CHOOSE THE RETURN METHOD THAT IS MOST CONVENIENT FOR YOU
For orders delivered in Portugal, you have three free methods to return your order: free pickup at home / place of work, Pick Up point return (CTT or DPD) or delivery to Lion of Porches physical store. You are entitled to a free return on demand. If you wish to return more than one product in different returns, which are part of the same order, you can only do so by delivery to a Lion of Porches physical store or by your own means (in this case, the value of the shipment will be at the customer's expense).
DOMESTIC PICK UP: By completing the "Free Home / Workplace Pick Up" option, you must send an email to: "firstname.lastname@example.org" asking for the collection request of your products, with your address, mobile phone number and order number to be collected. In your online order, you have received a return guide. This return note must be affixed to the outside of the package, superimposing the original label. It will not be possible to set the pick-up time of the products by the carrier. The collection of the return will take place within 24 working hours from 9am to 7pm by the logistics partner.
PICK UP POINTS RETURN: You can return your order at a PickUp DPD or CTT POINT, depending on the selected delivery choice. In other words, if you have received your order via DPD, you have received with it a DPD label which allows you to return it at a DPD PickUp Point. If you have received your order via CTT, you have received, together with the items, a CTT return label which allows the return at a PickUp CTT point. Use this label to affix it to the packaging and return it to the desired PickUp Point.
RETURN AT THE PHYSICAL SHOP: This option is not available at this time, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic prevention measures.
OWN MEANS: If you prefer, you can send your return by your own means. In this case, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer and should be forwarded to:

Exchange, refund or voucher
You can choose to exchange the article, but only in size, not an article with a different reference. If you want to exchange for a different item we advise you to opt for the voucher and, thus, you can use the value in the new purchase.
Refunds are always made using the same payment method as the original order.
Alternatively, you can choose to issue a voucher with the same amount as the return. In this case, a voucher will be sent to the email associated with the purchase. This voucher can be used on any purchase made in the Online Store.
If we receive a return without any type of information, we will assume the issuance of a voucher.
