It is possible to purchase products in several countries around the world from the Lion of Porches On-line Store. See here the countries available and the shipping conditions.

Orders for Portugal and Spain always have free shipping and there is no minimum amount per order.

The shipping costs for each order depend on the country of delivery and the total amount of the order.

You will be notified via email and / or text message of the delivery details once the shipment of your order has left our facilities. With the tracking number indicated in the text message or email, you can follow the delivery of your order on www.lionofporches.com or on the carrier's website.

When choosing the Home Delivery option, please note that the delivery of the order to the indicated address will be done on business days between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., so you must have someone available to receive the order at the selected address on a regular basis. The delivery time will be communicated by the carrier via text message on the same day of delivery. If you do not have someone permanently at the desired address for delivery, we advise you to choose one of the following: Chronopost PickUp Points or Lion of Porches Physical Store.

The CHRONOPOST PICKUP service consists of a network of stores managed by Chronopost, with extensive national coverage, where you can request the delivery of your order. You will receive a text message as soon as the order is delivered to the PickUp point. Afterwards, you can pick up your order within the operating hours of the PickUp point within a maximum of 15 days.

Customs duties and charges

Lion of Porches on-line orders for European Union countries include VAT at the rate in force in the final price shown on each product on the on-line store. VAT is not included for non-EU orders, so the sales price of the product should be considered the visible amount for each product.

Non-EU orders may be subject to VAT, Import Duty, or other country-specific taxes payable by the receiver upon receipt of the order in the country of destination. Orders placed through the Lion of Porches On-line Store are processed according to the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU Delivery with Unpaid Rights). This means that Lion of Porches does not include VAT on the final amount paid for the order or any customs duties and / or taxes for non-EU orders. These duties / charges, if any, will always be paid by the customer. For more information on the costs of delivering an on-line order in your country, please consult your local customs services.

Returns of on-line Lion of Porches orders

Order returns to Portugal, Spain, and other EU countries done on the Lion of Porches On-line Store are possible and free for the customer. The exchanges are also free on orders for Portugal and Spain. Non-European Union returns are possible, however the return and the costs of the same are of the customer's responsibility, according to information available here.

If the order received does not correspond to the intended order or for any other reason you wish to cancel the purchase, you may return and request the exchange or refund of the amount paid for each returned item.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer may choose to exchange or return the item within a maximum of 15 calendar days after the date of receipt.

The return option assumes that the customer complies with the following:

- Products cannot show signs of being washed or used except for trying on for size and shape;

- The products must retain their original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged beyond what is necessary for careful opening;

-The products have to be complete with all their parts and also with their identification tags.

How can I order products on the Lion of Porches on-line Store?

Placing an order on www.lionofporches.com is quite simple:

1. Visit the on-line Store and explore the wide range of available items.

  • Select the colour and size of the item you wish to purchase (if you have any questions about your size, see our "Sizing Guide").
  • Click "BUY" so that the desired product is added to the "Shopping Cart".
  • If you wish, you can continue your shopping on the Lion of Porches on-line store by adding new products to the "Shopping Cart".
  • When you have added all the items you want, select the "Cart" item at the top right of the page.

2. Order process

  • Confirm the products that are in the "My Cart" and click "Finish order".
  • Enter your email. If you have already placed orders with us, the following data will be automatically loaded. This email will receive subsequent notifications regarding the evolution of the order status.
  • Fill in the fields related to "Personal Data" and select the shipping method: at an address of your choice, PickUp Point, or Lion of Porches Physical Store.
  • Select the most convenient payment method for you: Multibanco (interbank network in Portugal), Credit Card or Paypal.
  • Click "Finalize Order" to finish the order.

After you have made the payment, you will receive an email with the order summary and confirmation of payment.

Once the purchase is made, is it possible to change my order data or delete a product?

Yes, you can change your order if it has not yet been billed and if the change is still possible on the order. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us via email customercare@lionofporches.pt or over the phone using the contact 351 253 439 630 (option 3).

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to the "Tracking Orders" menu, in your on-line client area or on the link that appears in your order summary email.

You will receive a confirmation email on the day your order is shipped from our premises. Once you receive this email, you should receive your order on the next business day for deliveries in Portugal (mainland) and between two to three business days for deliveries in Madeira and the Azores. Deliveries in other countries may vary between two to seven business days.

After the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number (shipping number associated with the shipping). With the tracking number, you can track the status of your order in real time on our website or the carrier's website:

How can I ensure that my order is being correctly processed?

After completing the order, you will receive an email with the summary of the same. If you have not yet made the payment, you can use the information in this email to complete the purchase.

After the payment is done, you will receive another email confirming that the order has been paid and will be processed as soon as possible. In the event that you do not receive the email, we recommend that you verify that it has not been sent to your SPAM box. Can I cancel an order that has not yet been paid?

You can cancel your order in the "Cancel Orders" menu in the footer of the site. In this menu, identify your data and confirm the cancellation of the order. You will then receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order.

This feature is only possible for orders that have not yet been paid.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

You will be able to pay your orders by Credit Card, PayPal, and Multibanco (interbank network) Reference (only available for orders in Portugal or through Portuguese banks).

Payment by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Discover.

Payment by PayPal: If you choose payment by PayPal, when you are in the Shopping Cart you will be redirected to the PayPal login page where, after entering your account, you must complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open an account and then complete the payment for your order.

Payment by Multibanco (interbank network point) (only available for orders in Portugal or via Portuguese banks): Payment must be made at a Multibanco in Portugal or via Netbanking, the total amount being equal to the value of the order. Possible costs inherent to the payment will be borne by the buyer - the payment by Multibanco reference or Netbanking is usually free. Payment must be made within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the order in order to try to assure with greater reliability the existence of stock of the item (s) ordered.

Your order will be considered valid after confirmation of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return / exchange an order?

If for any reason, you wish to not continue with the purchase of any product purchased on our on-line Shop, you can return / exchange it within 15 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The products have not been washed or used. Except in cases where the product contains information to the contrary, the "Buyer" has the right to try on the clothes and shoes to see the size and shape but cannot use them.
  • The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged);
  • The product is complete (for example both items of a pair of shoes have to be returned).

We may refuse the return of products that have been tampered with or have a damaged tag.

The exchange of products is only possible for orders placed in Portugal and Spain.

What is the procedure for returning / exchanging products? (Portugal and Spain)

Go to your client area, locate your orders and select the "Return / Exchange" option. After submitting the return request, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please insert the completed "Return / Exchange Form" and a copy of the purchase invoice with the item (s) to be returned.

The exchange may be made for the same product in another size, colour, or other different reference, provided that the value of the products to be exchanged is the same. The exchange is always confirmed by LION OF PORCHES.

If you decide to return / exchange your order, you must ensure that the product arrives at the premises of the On-line Store, along with the respective return form and a copy of the invoice corresponding to the items to be returned.

What is the return's procedure? (Other Countries)

You must fill out the "Return / Exchange Form" for the order that you wish to return or complete the paper form that came with your order via your client area.

For orders placed in countries other than Portugal or Spain, there are no exchanges of products and you should return the items via your "Client Area", following the steps indicated in the menu Return Policy and consequently, if you wish, carry out a new order of the item / colour / size you want.

What means are available to return items? (Portugal)

The return can be done in the following way:

- Collection at home: please request the collection through your client area on our on-line store. Follow all the steps and submit the return form. Alternatively, you can request the collection by sending an email to returns@lionofporches.pt indicating the collection address and the desired date (business days). It is recommended that the collection address be a place with a broad time availability to ensure that collection is successful.

- Delivery of the return box at a Lion of Porches physical store(3): The exchange or refund is not direct at the store. The return is forwarded to our facilities and processed upon receipt there.

- Return to PickUp Point: if you chose to receive your order at a PickUp Point, you can return your order via the same route. To do so, attach the Chronopost label that you received with your order and deliver it to the respective point.

- Own Means: address your package to Lion of Porches - Online Department, Avenida 1º de Maio, 1666, 4485-105 Fajozes, Vila do Conde - Portugal.

How will reimbursement be done?

Once you have received and authorized your return, the refund of the amount of the item (s) returned will be processed through the same means of payment in which the purchase was made (on purchases paid by credit card or PayPal) or by bank transfer to the IBAN given by the customer (in purchases paid by Multibanco).

Can I return products that were not purchased on the on-line Store?

No. Only returns of items purchased from the Lion of Porches On-line Store are accepted.

How do I know if the value of the returned product (s) will be exchanged or refunded?

Upon receipt of your return at our premises, your order will be processed. At this point, we will contact the customer, providing information about the return.

On-line Store Features

How do I become a Registered Customer on the On-line store?

Being a registered customer on our On-line store makes your shopping experience more simple as well as more comfortable.

To register on our On-line Store you only need to access the "Login" option and choose one of the registration forms available to you: receive an access key by email, sign in with your Facebook account, sign in with your Google account, or manually register an email and password.

By registering on the Lion of Porches On-line Store you can enjoy the following benefits:

I do not remember the password I set for my account. How do I recover a password?

To recover your password, go to the menu Login and click on the "Forgot Password" option. Then enter your email address and you will be emailed a link to set a new password.

How can I send a Lion of Porches gift through the on-line store?

To send a LION OF PORCHES gift, you just need to select the desired product and enter the address of the person, to whom you wish to offer the gift, as the delivery address.

Please note that, as a rule, our orders are always shipped with the purchase invoice and the visible prices of the products. If you wish, you can inform us by email customercare@lionofporches.pt of any special care with the order, such as sending the order without the original invoice or the removal of the prices from the products.

At the order processing stage, select the GIFT option to ensure that your order is shipped with a special gift bag / box.

What is the eGift Card?

The eGift Card allows you to offer a gift voucher to another person for an on-line purchase. In addition to an original and personalized gift, the receiver has the free choice of purchasing Lion of Porches products related to their needs, discounting this amount from an on-line order. To get a gift voucher, you must choose the digital gift card type to offer and the amount of the eGift Card. As an option, you can personalize the gift card with a message just from you.

You may choose to indicate the eGift destination e-mail (the e-mail being sent after the order and payment is done) or to put your own e-mail address as the destination, and you can then forward the eGift at the desired day and time.

What is the advantage of using the Drive Me option?

Turn the Lion of Porches On-line Store into your own On-line Store. The Drive Me option makes your on-line shopping experience more convenient and tailored to your needs, since it allows you to filter the products of the on-line store by clothing line (s), size (s), colour (s) and season, allowing for the possibility to see the items that fit your profile and quickly find your products of choice.

You should personalize your visit by selecting at least the first two options (Clothing Line and Size).

I have a balance in my Lion of Porches on-line account. How do I use it?

Your account balance can be used at any time and in any purchase on our On-line Store. After validating your email during the order process, you will be informed of the amount available in your account (if this amount exists). At that point, you can choose whether or not to use the mentioned amount, and it will be discounted from the total amount of your order.

Can I request a refund of the balance of the Lion of Porches on-line account?

Yes. When requesting the return of an on-line order, you may choose to place the amount of the return as a balance in your account. After receiving and confirming the return, the amount will be available in your account without any time restriction. You may use this amount for a new purchase on our on-line store.

General Information

Are the on-line Store prices the same as in the physical stores?

Yes, as a rule, the prices and campaigns practiced in physical stores are also valid on the On-line Store and vice versa. Exceptionally, there may be exclusive campaigns on the On-line Store or in the physical Stores, and in such cases the prices may not be the same.

Can I get a product that is not available in the colour / size that I want?

If this product appears listed and does not have the size you want, you can select "Notify me" on the product page and by filling in the contact details. If the product is back in stock, we will inform you.
The on-line store simultaneously incorporates the stock available in the internal warehouses and in the physical stores.

I need to get an invoice for a purchase from the On-line Store. How should I proceed?

To retrieve an invoice, you can access your order history through your client area and download the invoice corresponding to the order you want. If the invoice / order you want is not listed, you can contact the On-line Store in order to ask for assistance.

What do I do if the item I have ordered does not match my order?

If, exceptionally, you receive an item that does not match what you bought, you can return it or exchange it as long as it has not been used and all the features remain intact. Enter the reason for the return on the return form and follow the normal procedure for item returns.

On-line Shop Operation

LION OF PORCHES, represented by Têxtil Cães de Pedra SA, promotes and markets its own brand products on the website www.lionofporches.com.

"Buyer" means the individual person who acts / buys as the final consumer, outside the scope of any business or profession.

LION OF PORCHES reserves the right not to process orders registered in the site www.lionofporches.com when there are doubts as to the quality of the final consumer of the "Buyer" or when the orders do not comply with the general conditions of sale presented herein. These conditions and general terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, acceptance of orders, transmission, and shipments made through the website www.lionofporches.com.

The "Buyer" must provide LION OF PORCHES with an email address, postal address, and other data relating to another form of contact that is correct and complete and accepts contact by LION OF PORCHES using such data if deemed necessary.

LION OF PORCHES reserves the right not to accept or cancel the order, even after the automatic confirmation of the same, when the information submitted needs to be verified.

LION OF PORCHES may not process orders in the following cases:

- Whenever there is insufficient guarantee of payment.

- The product is no longer available because of stockout. In these cases, the amounts paid will be returned or the customer will be offered an exchange for another product.

- The billing information is not correct or verifiable.

- The order is flagged by the Automatic Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order that is susceptible to fraud.

- The payment is not received within 3 calendar days after acceptance of the order.

- If there is evidence that the consumer is under the age of 18.

- If it is detected that the price indicated in the On-line Store is wrong.

- If the order cannot be delivered to the address.

- Orders are incomplete or incorrect.

- There is evidence of improper / abusive use on the On-line Store or with the processes of the order, exchange, and delivery, once or repeatedly by the customer.

In these cases, LION OF PORCHES will inform the customer by email of the reasons why the sales contract was not made.

By confirming the order data, you are accepting the general conditions of sale, as well as other conditions existing on www.lionofporches.com.

Lion of Porches reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block purchases by customers who fraudulently use the on-line order, exchange and return processes.

Lion of Porches owns the company's products until it has received full payment for all of these products.

Quality and Guarantee

LION OF PORCHES does not sell on www.lionofporches.com second-hand, damaged, or products that are below the standards available in the market. The main features of each product displayed in www.lionofporches.com can be found on each product page, except in the event of a transcription error. The products on sale on the site may not exactly match the actual clothing in terms of image and colour due to the internet browser and monitor used.

All products have an identification tag attached. Do not remove the product tag if you wish to return or exchange the purchased product. If you decide to exercise the right to return the purchased products, LION OF PORCHES has the right not to accept the return of products without the corresponding tag, or products that have been altered in relation to their original state, in which it is clear that they have been used or damaged.

Purchase Value and Payment Methods

The prices of the products displayed on the site represent final consumer sales prices. Prices already include taxes, where applicable. Prices are all quoted in Euros, Pounds Sterling, or US Dollar, depending on the country / market chosen.

The prices of the products presented on the site are subject to change. LION OF PORCHES reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices given at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

LION OF PORCHES is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of any other form of payment or incorrect use of the existing methods by the "Buyer".

LION OF PORCHES is not liable for customs procedures in the country of receipt of orders. Any chargeable amount or blocking on shipping will be of the buyer's responsibility. If the shipment is stopped by the customs services, Lion of Porches is not liable for its return to the country of origin or the refund to the customer of the value of the retained order.

Deliveries

The "Buyer" must inspect the packaging for any damage at the time of delivery. If the packaging is substantially damaged, the "Buyer" must not accept delivery of the order, which will then be returned. Vouchers and Promo Codes

When used according to the defined rules, a promo code allows the user to enjoy a promotion / discount when buying a specific product or set of products during the period associated with the promo code / promotional campaign and under the defined conditions in the promo code itself.

The sale, exchange, or donation of a promo code is not allowed. The "Buyer" holder of the promo code, cannot upload or make a promo code available on any website or other public domain for the offering, donation, sale, or exchange. The use of promo codes for sales purposes is not permitted.

You may not use the promo code in connection with another brand, company, or name. You may not use the promo code in an illegal, abusive, or disrespectful manner, or in any other way that could damage the LION OF PORCHES reputation.

The promo code can only be used for one order.

Promo codes are not cumulative with any other promotions or special offers unless clearly specified. Promo codes are not exchangeable / convertible for cash.

LION OF PORCHES has no obligation to reissue or refund promo codes resulting from the end of the campaign or of improper use of it by the client.

Without prejudice to any other rights, LION OF PORCHES has the right to immediately invalidate a promo code if there is a suspicion that it is being used: in violation of the abovementioned conditions, by usurpation, or in other cases where LION OF PORCHES has reason to do so.

eGift Card

The eGift card gives the buyer the possibility of offering a certain amount on the voucher on-line, so that another person can use and discount it from an on-line purchase.

As such, the buyer will be able to personalize the type of eGift Card that they want and the amount to purchase and then send the eGift to the person they want. The Gift card is not subject to return or refund of the amount paid or in balance.

On-line Shop Account

Whenever the buyer makes a return or, for some reason, there is a favourable difference for the buyer between the amount paid and the amount invoiced, they can request that this amount be considered as credit in their on-line customer account and discount this amount from a future purchase.

Legislation

The present general conditions and all emerging litigation related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the site, or any purchase on the same, is to be governed by the Portuguese Law. LION OF PORCHES cannot be held liable for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. LION OF PORCHES shall not be liable for damages suffered by the "Buyer" as a consequence of improper use of its products.

LION OF PORCHES is not laible for damages that are the result of incorrect information on the site. In the event that the "Buyer" suffers damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by LION OF PORCHES, none of the limitations set forth in this item apply.

LION OF PORCHES has the right to change the information contained in "Terms & Conditions" at any time. The "Buyer" is subject to the principles and terms in force at the time of ordering, unless the law or competent authority imposes any changes thereto.
